5.1 CC6 APK may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. CC6 APK reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if the Company determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
5.4 CC6 APK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 All games available on the CC6 APK platform operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems provided by licensed game suppliers. Game outcomes are determined independently of the Company.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. CC6 APK reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after an event has concluded, bets placed on markets that were incorrectly priced due to technical error, or bets that exceed applicable stake limits.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, CC6 APK will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. The Company's determination of the outcome in such circumstances shall be final. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 Disputed Results. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted to CC6 APK support within seven (7) days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the CC6 APK platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the CC6 APK platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any CC6 APK content without prior written consent.

11.3 The CC6 APK platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 CC6 APK reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if the Company reasonably believes you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.
12.2 Upon termination for cause, CC6 APK may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the Company may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.
12.3 You may close your CC6 APK account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure (subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the CC6 APK platform shall first be submitted to CC6 APK's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory body or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
